The lenses are placed into a structure that simulates a reference headform. Watching the realtime video streaming coming from the internal camera, the operator can control the lenses alignment and visually check the gradient pattern orientation and relative differences in position and inclination between the filters.
No mechanical setup is required: Easy_Tester_SunLenses software performs the offset of the points measurement matrices, 5 mm overlay calibrated grid, light change for precise positioning, etc.
Easy and intuitive touch screen user-interface, allows the employment of unskilled workers for massive (production) quality inspection, in-line control, incoming inspection.
Easy_Tester_SunLenses provides accurate and repeatable measures and outputs a simple Pass / Fail semaphore showing a complete result screen view (printable or exportable in excel and pdf file).
